Well May has arrived and it's time to get moving. The question is what direction? Hang in there and ya'll will find out. But first....
Last week I helped Donnie from Kasey's Choice position his car at Turkey Creek where he stores the boat for the hurricane season. While driving over I found out our grandson Drew has started a trucking company as evidenced by the mud flaps on the trailer. Not bad for a high school freshman! (Drew, We're bus people!)
Turkey Creek is a series of canals just off the Caloosahatchie River that over the years has become a hurricane hidey hole for people who want to leave their boats in Forida while they return north for the summer months. It's a freshwater spot in the interior of the state that is well protected from the ravages of most hurricanes.
Kasey's Choice heading for hibernation at Turkey Creek. Have a great summer Donnie, Marilyn, & Chloe!
As for Tourist & crew, we're heading out to sea.
Once again it's a little windy. I couldn't resist adding this photo of Pam with her umbrella blocking the wind from the grill so we could have brats for dinner. Not your average Mary Poppins!
One more sunset!
